Building Resilience through A Fresh Approach to Health

In this world of constant change, we are under pressure to adapt, be productive, remain proactive and creative.  We need to keep learning new skills whilst delivering high performance and this requires stamina and resilience. Taking care of our health, both mental and physical has never been more important.

As a medical doctor and coach, I work together with clients who are motivated and dedicated to growing in order to reach their full potential. Through investing in health, wellbeing and balance we build resilience, improve performance and productivity and overall happiness and fulfilment

I offer workshops, group and one-to-one coaching to achieve greater resilience, reduced stress and improved health and wellbeing.  As a Mental Health First Aid Instructor and Trainer I deliver courses that empower people to keep themselves mentally healthy and help and support others with mental health issues.  This builds strong relationships and support networks and reduces the stigma still surrounding mental illness.
